1949年10月中华人民共和国的成立,揭开了中国历史发展的新篇章。领导和组织人民革命取得胜利的中国共产党,转变成为在全国范围执掌政权的党。执政党领导地位的转变,大大加强了党的历史责任,也给执政党提出了新的任务、新的要求。由此,中共核心领导人毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛在充分考察党的实际情况和时代特征的基础上,提出了一系列各具特色的关于执政党建设的思想。认真学习和深刻领会这些思想对于加强党的建设,提高党的执政水平,增强抵御各种风险的能力,具有重要的意义。
The founding of the People’s Republic of China in October 1949 opened a new chapter in the historical development of China. To lead and organize the Chinese Communist Party that has won the people’s revolution has been transformed into a party that runs its power throughout the country. The change in the leadership position of the ruling party has greatly strengthened the party’s historical responsibility and also put forth new tasks and new requirements for the ruling party. Therefore, on the basis of fully examining the party’s actual conditions and the characteristics of the times, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, the core leaders of the CPC, proposed a series of distinctive ideas on the construction of the ruling party. Studying and profoundly understanding these thoughts is of great significance to strengthening party building, improving the party’s governance level and enhancing its ability to withstand various risks.
