进行了工业应用研究及考核,完成M20甲醇汽油工业化的准备工作。通过计算机仿真模拟试验,优化了催化剂配方组分。采用自溶合技术调配M20甲醇汽油,完成了催化剂和M20甲醇汽油理化指标测试,进行M20甲醇汽油行车试验及考核,对M20甲醇汽油和纯汽油进行了油耗和经济性的对比分析,确定了催化剂和M20甲醇汽油工业生产工艺路线。制定企业标准并备案,获得国家发明专利。M20甲醇汽油以其优良的性能和完善的工业熟化程度,具备工业推广价值。
Conducted industrial application research and assessment, to complete the preparation of M20 methanol gasoline industrialization. Through the computer simulation test, the catalyst formulation was optimized. M20 methanol gasoline was formulated by self-dissolving technology. The physical and chemical indexes of the catalyst and M20 methanol gasoline were completed. The M20 methanol gasoline driving test and assessment were carried out. The fuel consumption and economy of M20 methanol gasoline and pure gasoline were compared and analyzed. And M20 methanol gasoline industrial production process route.
