水是人类生存的基本条件,获得安全饮用水是人类的基本需求,事关群众的身心健康和正常生活。抓好农村饮水安全工程建设是新农村建设的重要内容,对提高农民生活质量、保障广大人民群众身体健康、促进和谐社会建设具有重大意义。根据农村饮水工程施工和设计经验,现就农村饮水安全工程建设采用接城网工程存在的问题及措施进行探讨。
Water is the basic condition for human existence. Access to safe drinking water is a basic human need and concerns the physical and psychological health and normal life of the people. Doing a good job in rural drinking water safety project construction is an important part of the new rural construction, which is of great significance to improving the quality of life of peasants, safeguarding the general public’s health and promoting the building of a harmonious society. According to the rural drinking water project construction and design experience, now on the rural drinking water safety project construction using the city network problems and measures to explore.
