目的 :探讨扩张型心肌病 (DCM)左室腔容积 (L VCV)等参数变化对左室射血分数 (L VEF)的影响.方法 :DCM组 4 2例 ,按 L VEF降低程度又分为 :轻度异常组 12例 ,LVEF4 4 .5± 2 .39;中度异常组 2 4例 ,L VEF32 .8± 3.80 ;重度异常组 6例 ,LVEF17± 3.2 8.用超声心动图及 Simpson法测定并算出 LVCV、L VEF等参数.结果 :4 2例 DCM患者与健康人比较 ,LVCV明显增加 (P","Objective:To analysis the relationship between left ventricular cavity volume(LVCV) etc.and LVEF.Methods:42 patients with DCM was divided into 3 groups:mild abnormal EF group(EF=44 5±2 39),12 cases;moderate abnormal EF group(EF=32 8±3 8),24 cases;severe abnormal EF group(EF=17±3 28),6 cases;health control group(EF=65 6±2 97),15 cases;LVCV and all parameters were measured by echocardiogram and calculated by Simpsons formula.Results:LVCV of 42 patients with DCM was increased compared with which of control group( P <0 05~0 01);LVCV of severe and moderate abnormal EF group were markedly increased compared with mild one and LVCV of severe abnormal EF group was increased compared with moderate one (both P <0 01).Conclusion:The results indicate that LVCV may have negative effects on LVEF.This suggests that the LVCV may as parameter of heart on function in rehabilitative cardiology.
