本文提出一种改进的超声雾化制取金属粉末方法,克服了因变幅杆负载变化所引起的粉末产率的周期变化,给出装置的框图及有关的参数和实验结果.在20kHz工作频率下得到小于180μm直径的粉末占84%,粉末的球形率占94%.
In this paper, an improved ultrasonic atomization method for metal powder is proposed, which overcomes the periodic variation of powder yield caused by the change of load of the horn. The block diagram, the related parameters and the experimental results are given. A powder of less than 180 [mu] m in diameter at a frequency of 20 kHz accounted for 84% of the powder, and a spherical percentage of powder accounted for 94%.
