为了帮助群众更好地对党的理论与方针政策进行贯彻,与对党的任务进行落实,党的基层建设被作为执行党的目标方针与任务的重要执行基础,这一点早在党的十八大已经被明确提出。党建工作要实行责任制,基层的党建工作要全面开展,党组织的工作要扩大覆盖范围。作为党与企业职工之间的联系桥梁,企业的基层党支部是党建工作深入企业基层的工作主要根据地与战斗堡垒,为实现企业的健康科学发展提供了重要屏障。本文通过对在基层党支部的工作现状进行分析,以求基层党支部的工作方式得到新阶段的创新。
