在进行灰土挤密桩以及混凝土灌注桩施工时,利用钢管作为成孔工具是目前生产中的主要手段。为了有效地利用和节约钢材,通常对短管和断管采用焊接、螺栓或铆钉联接等接续方法,使之保证桩筒的设计长度。工程实践证明,由于桩身在沉桩、拔桩过程中,要经受多次反复的冲击载荷及抗拔力的作用,上述几种联接方式常易出现局部裂纹、接头松动,导致桩身破断、联接失效。焊接联接和螺栓、铆钉联接均会使桩筒表面产生不同程度的局部凸凹,增加了沉桩和拔桩时的阻力。
In the construction of lime soil compaction piles and concrete cast-in-place piles, the use of steel tubes as a hole-making tool is currently the main means of production. In order to effectively use and economize steel materials, welding methods such as welding, bolts, or rivets are often used for short pipes and broken pipes to ensure the design length of the pile. The engineering practice proves that due to the repeated impact load and pull-out force of the pile during the pile-sinking and pile-pulling process, the above-mentioned several connection methods are often prone to local cracks, loose joints, and cause the pile to break. The connection has failed. Welding joints and bolts and rivets joints will cause different degrees of local bumps on the surface of the pile, increasing the resistance of the piles and pulling piles.
