粤油551—116和天津豆在荚果发育过程中,过氧化物酶同工酶酶带的深浅和条数都有不同,反映了荚果的形态分化和代谢强度都有很大变化. 天津豆种子酶谱的变化特点是两头发育期的酶带浅而窄,中间发育期深,表明荚果发育强,初期酶活性较弱,但到成熟时,酶带仍较明显;果皮的酶带着色也较深,意味着酶活性仍较种子充实时间长,栽培上应注意中后期不要脱肥.粤油551—116荚果发育初期,酶带着色便较深,以后酶带较宽而色深,表明代谢强度大,到成熟期种子和果皮酶带颜色都变浅甚至消失,说明荚果成熟快,栽培上应掌握“早生快发”原则。
