以聚碳酸酯为模拟材料,应用光塑性方法研究了复合挤压变形,得到了变形区全场应变分布曲线。模型应变分布特征表明复合挤压变形体内存在刚性区、挤压型变形区和镦粗型变形区。模型试片条纹图案和应变分析结果,都证实复合挤压变形中确实存在分流区。根据模型试件提供的分流区位置,测得分流点半径尺寸,据此验证了已有三个分流点半径公式的精确程度
Taking polycarbonate as a simulation material, the extrusion deformation was studied by using the method of photo-plasticity. The strain distribution curve of the whole deformation field was obtained. The strain distribution of the model shows that there are rigid zones, extrusion deformation zones and upsetting deformation zones in the composite extrusion deformation body. The results of model test strip pattern and strain analysis confirm that there is indeed a shunt zone in the composite extrusion deformation. According to the position of the shunt zone provided by the model specimen, the radius of the shunting point is measured, thus verifying the accuracy of the formulas for the radius of the three shunt points
