目前,高职教育中产学合作流于形式,不能进行深度合作,主要是利益主体责权配置面临困境,对此,必须使产学合作中各利益主体形成统一的责权配置,达到平等对等的合作关系,同时建立相关的责权配置机构。产学合作本质上是各个利益主体寻求共赢的一个合作过程,为了寻求各自的最大化利益,各个参与主体合作的基础是自身利益。所以,产学合作中各个利益主体的责权必须进行合理分配,才能进一步推动产学合作在高职教育中的发展,实现共赢共利。
