从市郊五个县不同西瓜品种上采集的枯萎病病株96个,分离后获得纯种118个镰刀菌单孢,经病原菌形态及生物学特性鉴定,结果其中尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)占97.9%,锐顶镰刀菌(Fusarium acuminatum)占2.1%。用西瓜、甜瓜、黄瓜及冬瓜上分离的尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporum)交叉接种在六种葫芦科作物上进行比较,证明引起上海地区西瓜枯萎病的病原菌是尖孢镰刀菌西瓜专化型(Fusarium oxy-sporum Schi.f.sp.niveum)。锐顶镰刀菌(F.acumiantum)回接在西瓜上,致病性很弱,症状不明显。黄瓜、甜瓜,冬瓜上分离的尖孢镰刀菌经交叉接种后,证明它们是不同的专化型。
A total of 96 Fusarium wilt isolates were collected from different watermelon cultivars in five counties in the suburbs. 118 isolates of Fusarium moniliforme were obtained from the pure watermelons, and the pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum accounted for 97.9%, Fusarium acuminatum accounted for 2.1%. Cross-inoculation with F. oxysporum isolated from watermelons, melons, cucumbers and melon was compared on six Cucurbitaceae crops, demonstrating that the pathogen causing Fusarium oxysporum fusiformis in Shanghai was Fusarium oxysporum (Fusarium oxy-sporum Schi.f. sp.niveum). F. acuminatum back in the watermelon, pathogenic weak, no obvious symptoms. Cucumber, melon, melon isolated Fusarium oxysporum cross-inoculation, to prove that they are different specialized type.
