时代的进步有目共睹,近年来,我国的经济快速发展,基础设施在不断加强,建筑行业在不断壮大,面临的挑战也随之而来,因此,建筑企业只能通过降低成本来提高综合竞争力。众所周知,一项工程在进行施工前最重要的就是进行工程成本的核算,要将其误差降到最小。尽管我们一直在努力,但我国目前的工程造价管理水平与发达国家相比还是落后。因此,要掌握最新的科学技术,比如应用BIM技术,这项技术的应用使项目工程的量化分析更完善。
The progress of the times is obvious to all. In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country, the continuous improvement of infrastructure, the continuous growth of the construction industry and the challenges it faces, construction enterprises can only improve their overall competitiveness through cost reduction. As we all know, a project before construction is the most important project cost accounting, to minimize the error. Although we have been working hard, our current project cost management level is still lagging behind that of developed countries. Therefore, to master the latest science and technology, such as the application of BIM technology, the application of this technology will make the quantitative analysis of the project more perfect.
