目的:经实验研究探讨“补益阳明津气”方药对雌性初老大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质的影响。方法:4月龄~6月龄雌性大鼠为正常对照组;10月龄~12月龄,阴道细胞学表现动情期延长的雌性犬鼠作为初老大鼠模型。模型动物随机分为:(1)益胃汤高剂量组、(2)益胃汤中剂量组、(3)益胃汤低剂量组、(4)己烯雌酚组、(5)模型对照组。各模型组灌药4周后,下丘脑制成匀浆,荧光分光分析法测定5-HT、NE、DA。结果:与模型对照组比较,“补益阳明津气”方药益胃汤能明显升高下丘脑5-HT水平及5-HT/NE比值,降低下丘脑DA水平及DA/NE比值。结论:“补益阳明津气”方药益胃汤能调节雌性初老大鼠下丘脑神经递质的紊乱,进而起到延缓生殖轴机能衰老的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of “Yiyangmingjinqi” prescription on hypothalamic monoamine neurotransmitters in female juvenile rats through experimental research. Methods: Female rats aged 4 months to 6 months were normal control group; female dogs aged 10 months to 12 months of age whose vaginal cytology showed prolonged estrus were used as a model of naive rats. Model animals were randomly divided into: (1) Yiweitang high-dose group, (2) Yiweitang middle-dose group, (3) Yiweitang low-dose group, (4) diethylstilbestrol group, and (5) model control group. Four weeks after the administration of each model group, the hypothalamus was homogenized, and 5-HT, NE, and DA were measured by fluorescence spectrometry. RESULTS: Compared with the model control group, “Yiyangmingjinqi” formula Yiwei Yiwei Decoction can significantly increase the level of 5-HT in hypothalamus and 5-HT/NE ratio, and reduce the DA level and DA/NE ratio in hypothalamus. Conclusion: “Yiyang Yangmingjinqi” Fangyi Yiwei Decoction can regulate the disturbance of hypothalamus neurotransmitters in female precocious rats, and then play a role in delaying the aging of the reproductive axis.
