吉安市位于长江中段以南江西省中部腹地。这里的年均温18.3℃,月均温高于10℃的月份有10个,无霜期277天左右。温暖湿润的气候,冬季可用薄膜小拱棚育茄果类菜苗,使用塑料大棚的意义似乎不大,其实不然。吉安市蔬菜科研所通过多年实践,选用适当品种,合理安排茬口,实行间作套种,形成一套高效栽培模式,即:辣椒育苗→辣椒、冬瓜栽培→花菜育苗→花菜栽培。做法是:上年11月下旬,用大棚播早熟高产杂交辣椒。3月辣椒苗出圃,留下部份苗定植棚内作早熟栽培。5月上旬鲜椒上市,此时在大棚两侧骨架边定植早
