炼锑鼓风炉中主要元素为锑、铁、碳和氧。由于其主要元素的整体平衡规律不十分清楚，严重影响炼锑鼓风炉的最佳操作和生产管理。本文将A·Rist（操作线）图首次引入炼锑鼓风炉中。根据炼锑鼓风炉的生产特点，在合理假定的基础上，分析炼锑鼓风炉在稳定操作条件下主要元素的整体平衡规律，建立锑、铁、碳和氧的平衡方程，得出炼锑鼓风炉的A·Rist操作线方程。用0．84m2炼锑鼓风炉实测数据绘制A·Rist图，结果表明：A·Rist图可以应用到炼锑鼓风炉中，它能较好地揭示炼锑鼓风炉中主要元素的整体平衡规律，指导炼锑鼓风炉的生产。
