炼锑鼓风炉中主要元素为锑、铁、碳和氧。由于其主要元素的整体平衡规律不十分清楚,严重影响炼锑鼓风炉的最佳操作和生产管理。本文将A·Rist(操作线)图首次引入炼锑鼓风炉中。根据炼锑鼓风炉的生产特点,在合理假定的基础上,分析炼锑鼓风炉在稳定操作条件下主要元素的整体平衡规律,建立锑、铁、碳和氧的平衡方程,得出炼锑鼓风炉的A·Rist操作线方程。用0.84m2炼锑鼓风炉实测数据绘制A·Rist图,结果表明:A·Rist图可以应用到炼锑鼓风炉中,它能较好地揭示炼锑鼓风炉中主要元素的整体平衡规律,指导炼锑鼓风炉的生产。
