邓青问联合国邮票只能在联合国总部的邮局使用才有效,但我收到不少从美国寄来混贴美国邮票和联合国邮票的平信和挂号信封,是否属于邮局失误?
Deng asked United Nations stamps only valid at post offices at United Nations Headquarters. However, I received many flat letters and registered mail envelopes that were sent from the United States to mix US stamps and UN stamps. Is this a mistake at the post office?
