对于直径φ320缸体长度在4m以上的大直径长缸体,加工难度较大。要达到图样的技术要求,尺寸精度H8,内孔粗糙度R_a=0.4μm,困难确实不少。为此,我厂专门组织技术攻关,对加工工艺、机床功率、刀具结构、刀具寿命、测量工具、冷却润滑系统等方面,进行了一系列的研究,并制订了试验、加工方案。目前,国内外对大直径长缸体的加工,一般采用粗镗,浮动精镗、滚压加工工艺。其中粗镗加工是决定缸体直线性的关键工步,也是加工的难点。
