目标宏大、需要长期坚持是愿景的两大基本特征。所有的杰出组织都离不开共同的愿景。但企业愿景没能成为企业上下由心认同、齐心共筑的未来景象,实际上是一个更大的问题。
Ambitious goals, the need for long-term commitment is the two basic characteristics of the vision. All outstanding organizations are inseparable from the common vision. However, the vision of the enterprise has not become a corporate vision of the future from the bottom of one heart and concerted efforts to build a common vision. It is actually a bigger issue.
