分离量(统计上又称为分离向量)分析是多元统计分析的一种。历史上,人们对多于一个变量的统计分析是弧立地对待每个变量,这种传统做法受到了很大的局限,因为综合推断结论绝不能由单个变量所做的推断结论所代替;多元统计分析法却能使综合推断结论成为可能。
