艺术教育作为素质教育的一种方式,许多高校都非常重视并认真开展。音乐教育作为艺术教育的一种重要内容,对学生素质的提高有重要作用,应该说重视音乐素质教育就是充分肯定艺术教育在整个国民素质教育中的特殊地位和作用的表现。
