我厂近几年来,承接了一批立柱类的铸铁件,批量较大,材质为HT20-40.该铸件为长柱形,轮廓尺寸为1950×940×940mm,壁厚为25~40mm,净重1.3吨.最初我们采用普通粘土干型生产,配砂、造型.落砂工作量大,烘炉也不够用,满足不了产量和质量的要求.后改用矾土水泥一高铝骨料半永久铸型作外型,并相应将原工艺的对半分型改为劈模组箱造型.两年来的实践证实,采用上述措施后,减少了各工种工作量,节约了型砂消耗和能源,
