近年来随着我国高校的扩招,大学生面临的就业压力越来越大,高职院校的毕业生就业更是如此。为了应对新形势新挑战,党和政府审时度势发出了“大众创新,万众创业”的号召。在这种背景下本文结合高职院校的特点,提出了促进高职院校学生就业创业的策略和途径。希望通过本文的分析和研究,为高职院校做好双创工作,促进广大学生就业创业提供富有建设性的建议。
In recent years, with the enlarging enrollment of colleges and universities in our country, the employment pressure faced by college students is more and more big, especially for the employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges. In response to the new situation and new challenges, the current situation of the party and the government has issued a call for “mass innovation and entrepreneurship”. Against this background, this paper combines the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, put forward strategies and ways to promote employment of students in vocational colleges. Hope that through the analysis and research of this article, it will provide constructive suggestions for higher vocational colleges to do a good job in double-traumatic work and promote students’ employment and start-up.
