已经证实癌胚抗原(CEA)为一粘附蛋白.本实验用 CEA 阳性细胞系 LoVo 细胞对 CEA 参与的细胞粘附机理进行了初步研究.电镜观察发现,LoVo 细胞通过细胞表面的微绒毛交叉接触而发生粘附,并可见桥粒及间隙连接形成.温度、NaN3、EDTA 二钠及细胞松驰素 B 均可明显抑制细胞间的相互粘附,表明 CEA 参与的细胞粘附过程是一个二价正离子参与的耗能过程,与细胞内微丝运动密切相关.文中还提出了 CEA 参与的细胞粘附作用的模式图.
