随着国际交流的日益增多,学生跨文化交际能力的培养成为大学英语课程建设的重要内容,是对人才培养目标的补充、完善和提升。因此,创新外语教学观念,将跨文化交际能力融合到大学英语教学具有了时代发展的必要性。提出了运用提高教师自身素质和英语教学中文化导入的方法,培养学生的跨文化交际能力,从而增强学生在实践中对英语的综合运用能力,迎接新世纪对人才的挑战。 With the increasing international exchange, the cultivation of students’ intercultural communicative competence has become an important part of the construction of college English curriculum, which is the supplement, improvement and promotion of the goal of personnel training. Therefore, to innovate the concept of foreign language teaching and to integrate intercultural communicative competence into college English teaching has the necessity of the development of the times. It puts forward that using the method of improving teachers’ own quality and introducing culture into English teaching can cultivate students’ ability of intercultural communication, so as to enhance students’ ability to comprehensively use English in practice and meet the challenge of talent in the new century.
