针对重力式油水分离设备设计理论尚不完善,设备设计尚处经验阶段,设备性能指标评价体系尚未建立的实际,在基于大量实验研究和理论分析的基础上,从引入分散相的粒径分布模犁入手,通过对临界粒径的分析,揭示了分离效果、设备结构与介质特性三方面之间的内在联系,由此建立了重力式油水分离设备的效率计算模型与设备设计计算模型。此外,本文还引入了粒级效率的概念,并论述了粒级效率与分离效率之间的关系与区别,澄清了多年来在设备分离效果上的一些模糊概念。
The design theory of gravitational oil-water separation equipment is not perfect yet, and the equipment design is still in the experience stage. The equipment performance index evaluation system has not been established yet. Based on a large number of experimental studies and theoretical analysis, Plow start, through the analysis of the critical particle size, reveals the separation effect, the relationship between the structure of the device and the characteristics of the media three aspects, thus establishing a gravity oil-water separation equipment efficiency calculation model and equipment design calculation model. In addition, the paper introduced the concept of particle-level efficiency, discussed the relationship between particle-level efficiency and separation efficiency, and clarified some vague concepts over the years in equipment separation.
