用扑海因(Iprodione)、Metamedan和敌菌丹(Captafol)在开花期和果实形成期,田间每周喷药一次,模拟海运后上市的过程作10天贮藏(2℃)和置货架2天(20℃)后,草莓(品种Aliso)的灰霉病明显减少。未经药剂处理小区中收获的新鲜草莓封存在能渗通空气的聚乙烯(PVC)塑料袋内,能明显改进贮藏期草莓的品质、更好地保持草莓硬度、降低水份损失、延缓草莓花萼干燥、明显降低草莓灰霉病的发病率。草莓贮藏品质的改进与PVC装内Co_2的富集有关。PVC膜使Co_2积累至高浓度(10.5%),是控制贮藏期草莓灰霉病最有效的措施。在此Co_2浓度下,草莓的本味不会丧失。采果前用扑海因杀菌剂处理与PVC封藏相结合,比单用PVC袋藏更能提高对灰霉病的防治效果,而且延长存贮期中亦能非常有效地延缓生理性和病理性腐烂。
