应用SPRIA检测464名青少年外周血HBV标志,对74名HBV感染标志阴性者接种乙肝疫苗作免疫预防。HBV感染率77.37％,其中HBsAg、抗-HBs与抗HBc的阳性率分别为11.21％、59.05％和36.42％。接种一剂乙肝疫苗一个月后和三剂一个月后抗HBs阳转率各达97.3％和98.6％,其S/N均值分别为31.31和71.51。
Application of SPRIA detection of 464 juvenile peripheral blood HBV markers, 74 HBV-negative hepatitis B vaccine for immunoprophylaxis. The infection rate of HBV was 77.37%. The positive rates of HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc were 11.21%, 59.05% and 36.42% respectively. The positive rate of anti-HBs positive rate of 97.3% and 98.6% after one month and three doses of one dose of hepatitis B vaccine were 31.31 and 71.51 respectively.
