目的:评价活血通络汤结合牵引治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法:选择来我院就诊的AS患者320例,随机分为观察组和对照组各180例,观察组首先采用活血通络汤(杜仲、白术、独活、防己、伸筋草等),每日1剂,水煎,分2次温服。在用牵引疗法。对照组单纯口服正清风痛宁片,1日3次,1次2片。两组均治疗8周观察疗效。结果:两组治疗8周后,观察组痊愈率为66.7%,总有效率为91.7%,均非常显著的好于对照组(痊愈率为30.0%和总有效率为54.3%,P<0.01)。结论:活血通络汤结合牵引治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著,易于推广。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with traction on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods: A total of 320 AS patients selected for our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 180 cases each. The observation group was treated with Huoxuetongluo Decoction (Eucommia ulmoides, Atractylodes, Achillea, 1 agent, decoction, 2 times warm clothes. In traction therapy. The control group was given orally Qingfengtongning tablets orally, 3 times on the 1st and once on the 2nd. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks to observe the curative effect. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, the cure rate of the observation group was 66.7%, the total effective rate was 91.7%, which were significantly better than the control group (cure rate was 30.0% and total effective rate was 54.3%, P <0.01) . Conclusion: Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with traction treatment of ankylosing spondylitis significant effect, easy to promote.
