王中军,华谊兄弟传媒集团董事长兼总裁。1980年,生于北京。1982-1985年,在国家物资总局物资出版社任美术设计、摄影记者。1986-1989年,任中国永乐文化发展总公司广告部经理。1989-1994年,赴美留学,获得美国纽约州立大学大众传媒专业硕士学位,之后回国创业。1994年,创立北京华谊展览广告公司。2000年3月,华谊兄弟广告公司与太合控股公司进行机构重组,融资5000万组建华谊兄弟太合影视投资公司,2004年回购太合公司持有的全部股份,更名为:华谊兄弟影业投资公司使得公司每年的电视剧产量达到200-300多集,5年内拍摄三十多部电影。2003年初与西影牵手,成立西影华谊电影发行有限公司,现拥有54％的股权,此举使民营资本借西影股份这条大船顺利进入了电影发行领域。2004年底,成立华谊兄弟音乐公司,迅速成为国内顶级的唱片公司之一。

From 1982 to 1985, he was an art designer and photographer at the Materials Press of the State Administration of Materials. 1986-1989, China Yongle Cultural Development Corporation advertising manager. 1989-1994, to study in the United States, received a master’s degree in Mass Communication from the State University of New York, then returned home business. In 1994, founded Beijing Huayi exhibition advertising company. In March 2000, Huayi Brothers advertising company and Taihe holding company for institutional restructuring, financing 50 million to set up Huayi Brothers Taihe film and television investment company, in 2004 to buy back all shares held by Taihe Company, changed its name to: Huayi Brother Capital Investment Company makes the company’s annual TV series production reached 200-300 set, 5 years, shooting more than 30 films. At the beginning of 2003, he worked with Westlake to set up West Film Huayi Film Distribution Co., Ltd., which now owns 54% of the shares. This move enables private capital to smoothly enter the field of film distribution through the West Ship Film. The end of 2004, the establishment of Huayi Brothers Music Company, quickly became one of the top record companies.
