目的研究血红蛋白(Hb)水平对糖化血红蛋白A1c(HbA1c)检测结果的影响。方法检测1610例健康体检者Hb、HbA1c和空腹血糖(FBG)水平,分析不同性别和不同Hb水平体检者的FBG与HbA1c的相关性。结果男性Hb、FBG和HbA1c水平均高于女性(P<0.01)。男性HbA1c水平随着Hb升高而呈递减趋势(P<0.05)。Hb较低水平者(男性Hb<140g/L,女性Hb<130g/L)的HbA1c与FBG间相关性低于Hb较高水平者(男性Hb≥140g/L,女性Hb≥130g/L)。结论 HbA1c检测结果用于糖尿病诊断时需考虑Hb水平的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemoglobin (HbA1c) on the detection of hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c). Methods The levels of Hb, HbA1c and fasting plasma glucose (FBG) were measured in 1610 healthy subjects and the correlation between FBG and HbA1c in different gender and Hb level was analyzed. Results The levels of Hb, FBG and HbA1c in male were higher than those in female (P <0.01). The level of HbA1c in male showed a decreasing trend with the increase of Hb (P <0.05). The correlation between HbA1c and FBG in Hb lower level (male Hb <140g / L, female Hb <130g / L) was lower than that in higher Hb (male Hb≥140g / L, female Hb≥130g / L). Conclusion HbA1c test results need to consider the impact of Hb level in the diagnosis of diabetes.
