前言水电站综合自动化实际上是一个系统工程,既包括一般能量生产自动化系统工程的安全监视、能量控制、能量传输与管理的全过程,又具有涉及水力系统多种因素的复杂性,因而在工程设计时,必须具体分析本电站的特点,认真剖析和确定自动化系统包括的内容、任务以及基本功能。水电站综合自动化至少应包括以下内容:①自动操作,②自动保护,③自动调整,④自动检测,⑤自动经济运行,⑥自动测报水情。通过这些自动化措施,实现整个枢纽和电站设备的安全监视、水情分析、处理决策、发电控制,达到提高电站安全经济运行水平,保证电能质量,更好地发挥水电工程的社会、经济效益。
