一、企业文化建设存在的问题第一,对企业文化建设认识不足。不少企业对企业文化不够重视,甚至毫无概念。这些企业整天忙于生产经营,更多地考虑企业所处的位置和现状,只顾眼前利益,无暇顾及长远战略。有的企业没有认识到企业从产生开始就存在指导企业经营的理念和精神,没有把握创建企业文化的最好时机。有的企业没有认识到在不同发展阶段存在着不同企业文化,因此没有根据形势的变化适时调整企业文化,导致企业经营理
