随着我国全面推行九年义务教育制度,我国开始加大了对中小学教育经费的大力投入。怎样才能更好、更合理的利用这些经费,也是当前教育部门急需解决的问题。由于目前我国许多中小学校的内部控制制度还不是很完善,而且还许多漏洞和缺陷。本文首先分析了当前中小学内部控制现存问题,然后针对这些问题提出了一些相关的解决措施。
With the full implementation of the nine-year compulsory education system in our country, China has started to increase its investment in primary and secondary education. How to make better and more reasonable use of these funds is also an issue that the education sector urgently needs to solve. Because many of our primary and secondary schools at present the internal control system is not yet perfect, but also many loopholes and defects. This paper first analyzes the current problems of internal control in primary and secondary schools, and then puts forward some solutions to these problems.
