高校党的建设是高校建设的全局性任务。加强高校党的建设是高校建设的根本,对于坚持党对高校的领导,保持高校的稳定,保证高校改革和建设的正确方向和根本任务、中心工作的完成具有深远的意义。《中共中央关于党的建设几个重大问题的决定》中指出:“学校党的建设要围绕学校的改革和发展,加强和改进德育工作,培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义事业的建没者和接班人来进行。”这是党的十四届四中全会根据改革开放的新形势和学校所处的新环境提出的学校党的建设的根本指导思想和根本任务,我们应当认真地对待这个问题。
Party Building in Higher Education Institutions Is a Global Task of University Construction. Strengthening party building in colleges and universities is the foundation for the construction of colleges and universities. It has far-reaching significance for the completion of the core work in upholding the party’s leadership over colleges and universities, maintaining the stability of colleges and universities, and ensuring the correct orientation and fundamental task in the reform and construction of colleges and universities. The Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning Party Building states: “Party building in schools should focus on the reform and development of schools, strengthen and improve moral education, and foster an ideological, ethical, cultural and disciplined society ”This is the fundamental guiding ideology and fundamental task of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party in building the school party in accordance with the new situation of reform and opening up and the new environment in which the school is located. We should take this issue seriously.
