本文对48例风湿性心脏病合并心力衰竭病例的常见症状、体征和X线检查所见进行了总结,计算了各项发生率,并对合并心衰组与无心衰组的几项重要体征的发生率进行了比较。在讨论中,重点分析了“心率增快”、“心脏扩大”、“肝脏增大”以及常见的症状和某些其他体征等各项指标对诊断风湿性心脏病合并心衰的诊断意义和价值。在此基础上,对风湿性心脏病合并心力衰竭的诊断要点进行了初步探讨,对几项具体诊断指标的规定提出了初步意见。
In this paper, 48 cases of rheumatic heart disease with heart failure cases of common symptoms, signs and X-ray findings were summarized, the incidence rates were calculated, and several heart failure patients with heart failure group of several important signs The incidence was compared.
