在AB类电流镜基础上,采用两个跨导线性环电路,设计了一款高精度电流模式四象限模拟乘法器。通过引入参考电流,增大了乘法器输入输出范围。将提出的乘法器作为增益控制单元与基本差分式OTA相连,实现了一款跨导增益宽范围线性可调的OTA。采用TSMC 0.35μm CMOS集成工艺,对实现的乘法器和OTA进行Pspice仿真,结果表明,乘法器与OTA具有精度高、输入范围广、线性度好、功耗低等优点,可作为基本模块应用于多种电流模式信号处理系统中。
Based on class AB current mirror, a two-quadrant quadrupole analog multiplier with high-precision current mode is designed by using two transconductance linear loops. By introducing a reference current, increasing the multiplier input output range. The proposed multiplier is connected as a gain control unit to the basic differential OTA to achieve a linearly tunable OTA with a wide transconductance gain. The results show that the multiplier and OTA have the advantages of high precision, wide input range, good linearity and low power consumption, which can be used as the basic module in the simulation of Pspice with the TSMC 0.35μm CMOS integrated process A variety of current mode signal processing system.
