空肠弯曲菌是一种发病率仅次于痢疾杆菌的腹泻新病菌。此菌属微需氧菌,在含微量氧气与一定量二氧化碳的环境中才易于生长检出。它所引起的腹泻,临床上较难与其它病菌引起者相鉴别,因此,解决培养条件已成为检查诊断中的重要问题。国内目前还未生产培养此菌的专用容器,除少数单位外,一般多采用烛缸法来降低氧压,培养此菌,但检出率往往偏低。为此,作者等依据厌氧培养罐原理,仿制一种简易微氧罐,经现场使用,效果满意,现介绍如下。
Campylobacter jejuni is a new pathogen of diarrhea that is second only to Shigella dysenteriae. To this end, the author based on the principle of anaerobic culture tank, imitation of a simple micro-oxygen tank, the scene, the results are satisfactory, are presented below.
