我在多年的班主任工作中,令我最头痛的学生莫过于那些屡教不改。对于同类错误一犯再犯,批评教育,他们却不以为然、不理解甚至还有抵触情绪,怎么办呢?我采用了15分钟惩罚教育,效果还真不错。2015年,八年级重新分班,我担任八(3)班班主任。李×分在该班。经过了解,发现他头脑灵活、思维敏捷,学习成绩较好,于是就想把他列入优生行列,重点培养。可过了一段时间,我发现李×同学纪律观念淡薄、行为懒散。有学生反映他经常不参加清 I spent many years in class teacher jobs, making me the most headache students than those who do not change.
