本文利用理论力学和振动力学对液压振动器的空载振幅进行了力学分析,推导出振动器零振幅点、平均振幅、最大振幅等的计算公式。认为,振动器空载振幅只与振动器质量及其分布有关,而与振动器的振动频率无关;振动器的零振幅点只与振动器的质量分布有关,而与外壳质量、偏心轮质量的大小无关。用电子表格Excet对我们所研制的液压振动器空载振幅进行了理论计算,用坐标纸测试振幅法进行了测试验证。
In this paper, mechanical analysis of the no-load amplitude of the hydraulic vibrator was carried out using theoretical mechanics and vibration mechanics, and the formulas for zero amplitude, average amplitude, and maximum amplitude of the vibrator were derived. It is believed that the no-load amplitude of the vibrator is only related to the mass of the vibrator and its distribution, and has nothing to do with the vibration frequency of the vibrator; the zero-amplitude point of the vibrator is only related to the mass distribution of the vibrator, and the quality of the housing and the mass of the eccentric Size has nothing to do. Using the spreadsheet Excet, the no-load amplitude of the hydraulic vibrator developed by us was theoretically calculated, and the paper was tested and validated using the coordinate paper test amplitude method.
