(三)编排竞赛秩序竞赛秩序的编排,可以分为两种不同的程序:一种是收到报名单后,根据编排竞赛秩序的原则及各项竞赛分组、人数和兼项等情况进行编排。另一种是在报名前,按兼项的一般规律及编排的一般原则,先把各项目的比赛顺序排好在各比赛单元内,并随竞赛规程及报名单一起发到各单位,要求各单位根据竞赛规程的有关规定及竞赛项目顺序的安排进行报名。然后再进行分组与安排具体的比赛时间。这种编排程序有利于减少兼项的冲突。不过无论采用哪种编排程序,其基本原则和方法都是一样的。 1.编排竞赛秩序应注意的事项①对各项竞赛所用时间要有充分估计,对各项竞
