21世纪是知识经济时代,这既是新的机遇也是新的挑战,如能很好地应对就需要关注人才培养与人才队伍建设。良好的个性品质,是人才服务社会的条件。但是我国高职院校教育长期以来存在共性制约,校园无生机,学生无活力,严重制约了高职学生的个性发展,使得学生潜在的创造力得不到有效的发挥。为适应知识经济时代社会对高素质人才的需求,笔者结合自己多年的教育改革与实践,注重了高职学生的个性发展研究。
The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, which is both a new opportunity and a new challenge. If we can respond well, we should pay attention to the training of qualified personnel and the construction of qualified personnel. Good personality, is the talent to serve the community conditions. However, the education of higher vocational colleges in our country has long been a common constraint, the campus has no life, students are not energetic, seriously restricting the personality development of higher vocational students, making the students’ latent creativity can not be effectively played. In order to meet the demand of society for high-quality talents in the era of knowledge-based economy, the author pays attention to the study of personality development of higher vocational students with his years of educational reform and practice.
