Objective To investigate the value of pulmonary vascular diameter measured by CT imaging to predict and compare the reliability of pulmonary hypertension (PH) in patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD) and non-interstitial lung disease. Materials and Methods The study was approved by the Academic Review Board and obtained written informed consent from all patients. A prospective study of 134 patients, according to whether they were divided into two groups ILD, A group of 100 patients were positive
