为了解技改后某村石英加工厂的职业危害现状。对7家石英加工厂中存在的职业病危害因素进行检测分析,调查企业职业卫生措施具体落实情况。由检测结果可知:粉尘检测点14个,不合格点7个,达标率为50%;噪声检测点14个,合格点7个,合格率100%。分析可知,技改后石英加工实现工艺布置合理化、设备密闭化、自动化、除尘多极化,有效的降低了职业危害程度。但石英行业职业病防治工作还有待提升。
In order to understand the technological transformation of a village quartz processing plant occupational hazards status quo. The detection and analysis of occupational hazards in 7 quartz processing factories were carried out to investigate the concrete implementation of the occupational health measures in enterprises. The test result shows that there are 14 dust detection points, 7 failed points, and the compliance rate is 50%. There are 14 noise detection points and 7 passing points, with a pass rate of 100%. Analysis shows that technological transformation of quartz processing to achieve the rationalization of process layout, equipment sealing, automation, dust multi-polarization, effectively reducing the degree of occupational hazards. However, the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in the quartz industry still needs to be improved.
