北京读者王女士来信询问:去年街道职介中心把我们十几个人介绍到一家私营企业工作,每月基本工资650元,完成每月销售定额后有奖金,加班有加班费并缴纳各项社会保险。可是实际上,我们月工资能拿到手的也就550元;不管什么节假日加班,一律每天只补贴25元。我们找到老板,老板答复说,如果加上加班费、节假日补贴等,我们的实际收入已大大超过最低工资标准。请问:老板的答复正确吗?
