随着汽车技术的发展,汽车维修技术的难度越来越高,同时由于送修方自我保护意识的不断增强,使得汽车维修质量纠纷越来越多。作为汽车维修行业主管部门,在日常工作中,为了有效地维护承、托修双方的合法权益,促进汽车维修质量的提高,处理好汽车维修质量纠纷是义不容辞的责任。本文以笔者对两例发动机大修后损坏的技术鉴定与处理为例,介绍此项工作的具体过程。 With the development of automobile technology, the difficulty of vehicle maintenance technology is getting higher and higher. At the same time, as the self-protection consciousness of the repairer increases continuously, more and more disputes arise in the quality of vehicle maintenance. As the competent department of automobile maintenance industry, in daily work, in order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both undertaking and entrusting, and promote the improvement of the quality of vehicle maintenance, it is incumbent upon the quality dispute settlement of vehicle maintenance. In this paper, the author of the two cases after the engine overhaul damage identification and processing technology, for example, describes the specific process of this work.
