一、前言随着海洋油田的开发,小井径高扬程潜油电泵有着广阔的发展前途.由于这种电泵外径小、扬程高,带来了电泵结构细长,轴向力大大增加等一系列的问题,如国内有的厂家生产700米扬程潜油电泵叶轮达180级,增加了生产制造的难度和缩短了使用寿命.为了解决上述问题,我们作了如下的结构处理:1.提高了水泵的转数,使其在叶轮外径不变的前提下,提高单级扬程近8倍、减少了叶轮级数,大大缩小电泵的轴向尺寸.2.采用叶
