问题教学法是专生理论课教学中值得推索的一种教学方法,该方法的运用有助于实现课堂教学的“帕累托改进”和教学效果的最优。该方法的重点在于首先从教师与学生两个角度设置产生互动效果的问题,再次确立与初始问题相关的核心范畴,围绕核心范畴引导学生进行横向延展和纵向拓展、促进形成一个打破学生现有知识边界的过程,最后推动形成一个支持问题理解的知识系统。本文以《企业伦理学》寻论的教学实最为例,详细介绍了这一方法的应用,旨在抛砖引玉,力求这一方法的完善与共享。
The question teaching method is a teaching method which is worthy of inquiry in the teaching of the students in the specialty of the students. The application of the method helps to realize the Pareto Improvement and the best teaching effect in the classroom teaching. The key point of this method is to set up the interaction between teachers and students, to re-establish the core categories related to the initial problems, to guide students to expand horizontally and vertically around the core categories, and to promote a new way to break the existing knowledge of students Border process, and finally promote the formation of a knowledge system to support the understanding of the problem.
