在进行疟原虫生化研究过程中,作者等以药物的化学结构及其生化作用为线索,用感染约氏疟原虫的小鼠,参照WHO四天抑制治疗法进行了小鼠治疗试验,并用体外培养人恶性疟原虫为材料进行了体外抑制观察。结果发现多种目前正在使用的临床药物具有显著的抗疟作用。现将目前已得的初步线索报道如下:
