目的对血清BNP、CRP与缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)联合检测用于新生儿窒息疗效进行分析。方法抽取128例新生窒息患儿作为本次研究对象,其中轻度窒息患儿82例,重度窒息患儿46例,与此同时,选取115例健康新生婴儿作为对照组。对2组患儿进行BNP、CRP水平检测及IMA检测,结果与标准的比较ABC值,将2组患儿ABC值、BNP加以对比,分析其变化。结果重度窒息组患儿其BNP、CRP值均显著高于轻度窒息组与对照组,而其相应的ABC值则显著低于轻度窒息组与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清BNP、CRP及缺血修饰蛋白联合检验敏感性较高,可有效对新生儿窒息出现早期心肌损伤进行提早预测,其应用于具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of combined use of serum BNP, CRP and IMA in the diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia. Methods A total of 128 neonates with asphyxia were selected as the study subjects, including 82 mild asphyxia children and 46 severe asphyxia children. Meanwhile, 115 healthy newborn infants were selected as the control group. The BNP, CRP levels and IMA were measured in two groups of children. The results were compared with the standard ABC values. The changes of ABC value and BNP were compared between the two groups. Results The BNP and CRP in severe asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in mild asphyxia group and control group, while the corresponding ABC values were significantly lower than those in mild asphyxia group and control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion The combination of serum BNP, CRP and ischemic-modified protein is highly sensitive and can predict the early myocardial damage in neonatal asphyxia. It has important clinical significance.
