利用人工接菌方法 ,测定了华山新麦草以及 2 0份小麦—华山新麦草异染色体系对禾顶囊壳小麦变种 (小麦全蚀病菌 )的抗病性。结果表明 ,华山新麦草高度抗全蚀病菌的侵染 ,是一个新的野生抗全蚀病种质。7份附加系、3份代换系和 2份易位系中度抗病 ,其中附加系 H1抗病性接近高抗 ,其余 8份异染色体系为中度感病至高度感病。
The resistance of A. huashanica and 20 varieties of wheat-huashanica different stain system to the change of top-capsular-wheat variety (wheat total eclipses) was determined by artificial inoculation method. The results showed that P. huashanica was highly resistant to infection by all-eu-bacteria and was a new germplasm of wild eclogogy. Seven additional lines, three substitutional lines and two translocation lines were moderately resistant to disease. The resistance of the additional lines to H1 was close to high resistance, and the other eight heterochromatic lines were moderate to highly susceptible.
